THE WEIGHT IS OVER came about because of my ever-growing interest in helping women feel more confident as well as happier and healthier. It combines all aspects of my training, my own personal experience and my considerable experience with clients.

I understand what it’s like to feel out of control with food and stuck in a cycle of self-loathing and shame. In the past I had an eating disorder and while I now have a healthier relationship with food, I still have days where I struggle with my body confidence.

The critical element of this program is teaching you how to change your thoughts about yourself. This happens in a couple of ways;
- the first is with coaching, consistent small action steps and journaling.
- The second is with the personal styling session, where you get the chance to literally see yourself differently.
- In addition the regular contact, motivation and support sets you up for long-term success.

A little more about me… I’m Jess Amodt and I really (really!) dislike cooking, I love hanging out with my family and friends, pottering about in my sewing room, researching human behaviour, creating interesting outfits, and a good drop of cab sav.

I’ve been a chiropractor for 28 years, and I’m also a trained personal stylist, wellness coach and mentor - I look forward to welcoming you to the program.

What’s included in the program

What do you get with THE WEIGHT IS OVER?

❤ The six month (26 week) program is all-inclusive; no additional or hidden costs.

❤ A 15 minute personal coaching session with Jess each week.

❤ Group coaching sessions: one hour per week for the first 10 weeks, then fortnightly until the end of the program. Held on Wednesday nights at 7pm, starting on Wednesday, 8 July.

❤ A private personal style consultation and styling session tailored to your individual needs.

❤ The complete workbook.

❤ Regular emails for motivation and support, as well as links to further resources.

Program fee is $1,195.00, paid in monthly instalments:

1. $395 deposit on registration
2. $200 in August
3. $150 each month September to December
